Preparations Must Be Made!!
Ok, since I missed out on FNCCC this week, I am just going to post what I'm making for dinner. LOL At some point tonight (meaning when the chicken I asked Chris to take out of the freezer at 2 pm finally thaws, since it didn't make it out of the freezer till I got home at 5), I am making what we call Adventure Chicken (which I bake instead of grill because we don't have a grill) with Coconut Rice and Mmm Mmm Better Brownies No really, that's their name! lol Which Caty has already deemed to be "The bestest brownies ever!" after licking the bowl (and then hitting her sister with the spoon, getting her grounded to her room, but that's another post entirely).
