Weird dream

I had a weird dream last night.  It was a post apocalyliptic world and 200 years after the Fall.  I was breaking into a sealed room in Washington DC.  All there was in the room was shelves of Congressional minutes and a PC.  I told the people I was working for that we (the technocrats) would buy the PC but that the minutes were worthless.

My question is that true?  Would there be anything in Congressional minutes that would be worthwhile to read not including historical research?
