Differences so far:
No encores. That means you only get 4 songs in every grouping. You don't even get access to those other songs. Even in Quick Play.
You only get up to the 7th group of songs. Psychobilly Freakout is the last song.
You unlock (or at least I did) The USA and The Fish Guitar (at 5k and 2k respectively).
Now, I'm working on Medium.
