Ack - you sound terrible. I hope your immune system kicks in and straightens you out soon.

And another Ack for Bratz dolls. They are terribly, terribly wrong. Also, the eighties were a lot of fun if you were a kid during them. :D

I hope so, too. I feel absolutely awful just at the moment. Hopefully some hot cider will help. At least I got a lot done at the library.

Someday, I shall write an extremely long rant about those nasty Bratz dolls and how they represent a horrible stereotype for young girls to imitate.

The eighties were great, especially for movies and cartoons.

Agreed, Bratz are the evil. However, Barbie wasn't much better. Make that isn't, she's still around after all. *giggle* They were selling Barbie dressed as a witch at Safeway and I told Dustin I liked her. He was all shocked, until I told him that no, that was the perfect way to portray her. ^_~ (sorry, that was in no way meant as disrespectful of anything Wiccan or the like)

I have far fewer problems with Barbie than I do with Bratz. At least Barbie can get a job.

well yes, she can. But she also does a lot on self-image for a lot of girls (see my own post earlier today)

I agree that that's scary, but I don't think that Barbie alone is responsible for that.
