Summary: Hyukjae is very poor and can barley eat and sleep in his small apartment. He can’t go to school even though he 22 because he has 2 jobs. He doesn’t have a lover because well he’s too busy for one but what happens to him when he meets handsome and rich Donghae who happens to be a ceo and interest in him
*Donghae POV*
I look at my chest and look for the gunshot wound but the blood wasn’t coming from me. I look in horror as I see a lot of blood gushing from hyukkies chest. I rip my shirt and put it over the wound but the blood keeps on pouring out. I yelled for help and in matter of seconds the paramedics came and took Hyukjae. I clutch on him afraid if I let go I won’t see him again. Hyukjae’s dad came towards me and pulled me away from him so the paramedics can rush him the hospital.
“Donghae please let him go. The paramedics are here to take Hyukjae to the hospital”
“But-”
“Please” and I slowly released him
“I’m sorry Mr. Lee about your daughter”
“Oh Donghae I loved Sora but there are things you shouldn’t do and killing your own brother is one of them”
“Still”
“It’s ok” Hyukjae’s dad hopped on the ambulance and looked at me before closing the door.
“Aren’t you coming?” I look at him in shock I thought I want allowed on the ambulance I was ready to sprint to my car and drive to the hospital. I scrambled getting in the car scared their drive off without me and went immediately to hyukkies side and grab one of his hands and squeezed it tight. Hold on hyukkie I can’t live without you I thought as a signal tear slid down my cheek.
*at the hospital after Hyukjae was taken in for surgery*
“Excuse me but do you know when he’s going to come out?” I been bothering this nurse for about a couple of hours to take my mind of where. It was pretty fun to tell you the truth but that was in till she threaten to kick me out and there was no way hyukkie was going to come out with me not by his side. I won’t let that happen so I just went and sat down my hyukkie’s dad.
After sitting down for 10 minutes like a good boy I stood up and I walk around to see if the doctors came out. I saw a couple of nurses and a doctor run in to the room hyukkie was in surgery. I heard chorus of people yelling for more blood and how his heart had stop beeping. I ran to the door trying desperately to open it. But a couple of doctors came to my side pulling me. I yelled for hyukkie to stay alive and not leave me. Tears stream down my face as I was on my knees crying my heart. Angry was all on my mind on how this was all sora and her mom. I thought back on our memories together when we first meet at the bookstore, and how we loved to take walks to the park. He was always there for me as a best friend and a lover. Nobody can take his place.
*2 months later*
I woke up feeling cold. I turned my head to see the other side empty and cold. I moved down stairs to the kitchen. I approach at figure and wrap my arms around it.
“Why are you up early?”
“Can’t sleep it was too cold” I wrapped my arms around him and snuggled his neck inhaling his sweet strawberry smell.
“I love you hyukkie”
“Mhh love you too hae”
I’m glad he made it.
*Flashback*
I sat on the floor for I don’t know how many hours just praying to god to let hyukkie make it though. I passed out of exhaustion and when I woke up I was in a bed surround by white. I turned to my side to see hyukjae’s dad. I poked him in the cheek to wake him up.
“Huh what?”
“Where am I?”
“You passed out so you’re in a hospital room”
“Is hyukkie fine?”
“Yes but you can’t see him your unstable” I started to get up “Donghae you unstable”
I ignored him and started to make my way to hyukkie despite being in a hospital gown. I opened the door to see my angel peacefully sleeping. I walked over to him and kissed him on the forehead thanking god for answering my pray.
(a/n so its coming to an end but theres going to be an honeymoon and wedding :D so a couple of chapters and a smut scene lol so sorry for fail angst I suck at writhing angst Peace :)
