Aitakute, aitakute
1) I've been spazzing about this almost everywhere but here now, so I could as well continue and update this blog as well with the news *drums* of Juha getting the job I mentioned a few posts ago :D So, we've been apartment-hunting for a few days now. Actually, I got a call today. Apparently one of the realtors we saw yesterday is going to introduce us to the actual apartment owner of whose apartment we're hoping to rent. Exciting, yes! The apartment's location isn't as good as I had hoped, and the kitchen is awfully small, but there's a bathtub in the bathroom, the bedroom is big and it has a walk-in closet(!every girl's dream come true!), so I guess I will survive. Also, it's only ~6 kilometers from Juha's work, so he won't mind taking it. A few more days and I will know for sure what's going to happen. (The original announcement of the free apartment included a footnote "No pets allowed" but the realtor knows I have cats and he's going to recommend us anyway.)
2) D'espairsRay tomorrow! I'm not much of a fan of their music but the gig they threw in Finland the last time was a fantastic experience showmanship-wise, so I'm quite excited to go and see them nonetheless. I tried to fix an interview with them but either they don't have the time or then they don't want to give one because of the recent announcement of them going on hiatus after the tour because I was politely declined.
3) Uncle Scrooge comic artist Don Rosa is in Finland currently! YEY! He's going to visit a bookstore in Helsinki on Friday. I'm so going to be there :DD My dad gave me an autographed copy of his Sampo book some years back, so this will be the first time I'm going to see him live myself. He's one of my biggest idols, I'm about to explode, that happy I am♥
