Why is it that once when you start reading gruesome, brutal murder stories, you're immediately disgusted but can't stop reading nonetheless?
I ran over a Wikipedia article on
a Hello Kitty murder case, and from there, I continued reading such articles as
The murder of Junko Furuta (I didn't know the GazettE's Taion originated from this horrifying incident :o) and
The otaku killer.
All of those sound more like urban legends or horror movies but they're true. It's scary what can happen to you if you're at a wrong place at a wrong time. I was most touched by the Furuta case. It must have been terrible for the parents of the girl to listen to the culprits tell what they did to her before setting her on fire (constant raping, putting fireworks into her, etc).
