"Relief"

I had to call the cops when I woke up at ~1am to the horrible ruckus going on outside. The noises were getting really violent (apparently the thugs were trying to get into one of the downstairs flats and when that didn't work out, they started banging the door that leads to the hallway of mine, Niko and Pasi) and I was already considering about contacting 911 (112 in Finland) when I heard a window breaking. So, I ended up calling the police. Sigh.
But, I have to thank the police of Turku! ♥ In less than 10 minutes I had four stern police officers here, briskily getting to the business. The jerks were still here as the cops arrived. However, they couldn't figure out who was responsible for breaking the windows (dunno really what happened down there). I talked for a good ten minutes with one of the officers and gave my info for them, in the case the property owner would like to file the incident in as vandalous activity.
I'm really tired. I tried going back to asleep after the police leaving but I couldn't, now I'm surfing around the Internet, doing nothing useful.
If one more case like this occurs, I'll surely start seeking for a new place to live. (I think even the students and immigrants live in safer areas X___X)
The Guns of Navarone is still on tv. Maybe I'll watch a bit of it before giving a new try for a shuteye.
