Quick Update
Its been a while since my last update and so much has happened. In fact, so much is still happening that I simply don't find the time to update my LJ. It doesn't help that I seem incapable of writing a short email or a short entry, once I start writing I won't stop.
Here is what happened:
Got married - yeah! The wedding took place in February instead of May which didn't leave much time for planning and getting married in another country with most of your guests not speaking the language doesn't help with stress levels. It got so bad that I wanted to cancel the wedding on the day before. Got to say though, it was well worth it. Everyone told me so in the run up and they were so right. It really was the happiest day of my life and I love being a married woman.
To add to all the stress we decided to buy our first flat at the same time. So we got married, went on a mini honeymoon to Rome and moved house a week later.
Its a very nice new flat, but unfortunately the main water pipe burst after 2 weeks of living here. So we had yet more chaos, and this is ongoing. Things are just starting to calm down a bit and in 1.5 weeks we'll be off for a week in the sun - I can't wait. We are both utterly exhausted and just really need some rest. Not much else to report, with all this going on there isn't much time for anything else. Would love to go to a festival again this year, but its highly unlikely cause I am broke and have hardly got any holiday time left. Oh well.
