(no subject)
I wonder how many of my LJ friends are on Dreamwidth? I know EU is.....wonder if anyone else is over there?
Its just seems like the number of my friends who update here here gets smaller and smaller all the time. I know some of them have moved over to facebook and that's cool because we are still 'in touch'. I'm wondering if its worth it to stay here. I know people move on and have lives and are now busy with new things. I look at my posts and then read some of the things I wrote a few years ago. What a difference. I'm can't believe all the things I'm doing and what all I'm involved with now. I know I'm not alone in that but I generally have a few quiet moments in the day where I can throw something down and I know not everyone has that.
I guess I've just been reading too many things that says Live Journal is dying and wondering if that is true or not...or if its just a lot of my particular group that has gone quiet or is posting elsewhere.
But then again there are the diehards. The people I can count on to update either daily or at the very least two or three times a week. I honestly don't feel like I can 'leave' them because I honestly do care what they are up to.
I just don't like the idea of being the one who has to turn out the lights!
