13 years
13 years. It has been 13 years since i have known Luke Bolton, my best friend. We first met in the first grade. he came up to 6 year old Dustin and asked "You wanna be my best friend?"
"Yes" i replied.
And we have been friends ever since. Together we grew up with the same intrests. we were both into music and movies even in our early elementary ears. We grew up together leving only a few blocksaway from each other.
Tonight we hung out. It was one of his last nights in Central florida. He is now moving to Tallahasse to go to school thier. So i will probably be seeing a lot less from him in future days. I am really happy for him that he is moving to better place away from this shit hole of a town. I really need to work on getting my ass out of here aswell.
I hope that some day me and luke will become succesfull at what we want to do and cross each others paths once more. I not only hope but i actually feel in my heart that that will happen.
