paperwork...
So, the main thing about house selling is apprently paperwork. SO MUCH PAPERWORK.
I've just bundled up the second inch-thick envelope full of stuff to send my solicitor.
So many questions! So many questions I don't know the answer to!!
But, on the bright side, our mortgage on the new place has been sorted and we have been offered exactly what we wanted. So the purchase is going well.
The sale, on the other hand, is going nowhere fast right now.
Hopefully the latest truckload of stuff will get that moving though.
