Now to find somewhere to live...
Had our viewing evening tonight. 8 people/couples came to look at the flat.
We were banished to the local coffee shop.
So, despite being terrified no one would want our flat, the estate agent reckoned we'd have at least 4 offers....and we got one before the evening was even over! Everyone else has until 7pm Friday to formally offer. Then someone gets chosen...
And at that point, finally, we might be taken seriously as buyers and might be able to get somewhere we like....although that is proving hard, right now.
