The muscle of the day is the Vastus Medialis. This particular muscle of the quadriceps is really sore right now.
I found that I am actually pretty laterally flexible, In fact lots of extensions are not so bad... with a few exceptions. For example, I still can't sit up straight when I am sitting down with my legs in front of me, and I can't seem to improve it.
Really though, in the scheme of things, flexibility is not that important.
