(no subject)
So tex had us over to her dorm yesterday because she wanted to cook for us. Us being Sarah and me. I thiiiink it was gnocchi (or however the hell that is spelled). whatever it was, it was in a Pesto sauce. It wasn't horrible, but... well... What can I say? Tex is no chef. So I was sitting in her dorm basement (she's in one of the over 21 dorms) and some people came down. There was a guy I had seen briefly in the kitchen, but this time I saw his shirt. Red vs Blue. So naturally I commented.
His name is Josh. He and the girls loved my tattoo and gave it the Over 21 Stamp of "Nerdiest Tattoo Ever" with much laughter and happiness. It made me happy.
So Josh brought down his Xbox and I played with him. One of the other girls joined, as did Tex. By the time we all started working together to take him out... I was half asleep.

Josh: "wait... Oh THERE you are...!!"
Rinpu: "nno!!" jumps from sniper tower... get sniped on the way down by Josh.
My game got streadily worse over the course of the evening. I announced that it was nap time, and Sarah suggested I head back to my own dorm, as it was 5 minutes to 10pm. I was shocked. We wrapped things up, and Josh told "Rinpu" that she had actually improved over the course of the game, as did Tex. I sighed and said "yea but I got worse," and chuckled... and hung my head. Josh patted me on the shoulder. Sarah and I hopped a bus and agreed to go get some Thai food to get the taste of Pesto out of our mouths. (Excellent food at Thai Stick on Post and Jones, in case anyone is ever in the area.) :)
I miss you guys up in Woodinville. (sigh) I am going to look for someone willing to DM down here, as I... am lazy. Once I find someone, I will have Mum send my books. All this will be after classes start, so I have a work schedule started...
Well I need to get to The Haight, to return "I Married A Strange Person" to the rental place. Sigh again.
Also need to go to Utrech for art supplies. Or at least my list, and then I can go someplace cheaper. Xp
I am working hard against myself to keep my word to Mum and Dad. Sarah is playing the "Hey you're in the city for it, why not?!" card. Which is precisely what I'm thinking, but I gave my word. And maybe if I behave myself Mum and Dad will let me get a birthday tattoo or something. I'm waiting to get my ears done by David up at Slave to the Needle, in Seattle. And until then I just have to wait. *fidget fidget*
