(no subject)
D&D was fun yesterday- we got some decent playing done. We think that we're gonna meet a Mind Flayer sooner or later.. :( Seeing as Andrey has a theme of ability-draining things and tentacles.
Jared and I walked to the Subway to get Sandwiches for Andrey, Phoebe, and ourselves. We talked, and I enjoyed the walking immensely!! It reminded me of being back in San Francisco. I really love spending time with Jared... I'm kinda bummed about leaving, now. *sniffle* [Which reminds me- I saw Trevor's mum when Mum and I were at Macy's (lookin' for bras) and she told me that she was born in Berkley, went to college there, and had Trevor there, too!] Phoebe and I each got a 6" sub, and Jared and Andrey each got a 12". o_O When placing my order, I opted for American cheese rather than Pepperjack. Jared stared at me and said "We may have to get a divorce." To which I replied "Hey! I'm still gettin' the jalapenos!" He was amused. Jared seems to have a thing for seeing how far he can push my buttons. Whenever he really gets me, I check my watch and say "I'm leaving in _days, aaand _hours.." And smile.
Sometimes he really frusterates me. A minor red flag. We're on the same page about so many other things, though... I think that can make up for it.
I also went to the Camano Island/Stanwood Fair. Saw some nice goats. Llamas and Alpacas. Bunnies, cavies (how I miss cavies... but my non-allergies don't), chickens, ducks, and fancy pidgeons (I'll get to see unfancy ones in 2 weeks). We also saw piggies. And looked for the sheep, but did not find them.
And now.. I work-- as soon as I finish the brochure stuffums, Mum is gonna take me to the Birkenstock store; we're gonna look for some nice shoes for me to take to college. A pair of browns, and a dressy pair (if we can find that).
