What is good and what is evil?
Good and evil. Those are two concepts which have been used so openly and frequently for as long as i can remember. Be it Morgoth or Sauron that was evil , orcs as I know are evil and we must fight against them , destroy them. Good ; well that would be men and elves , dwarves , ents , hobbits.
Rings of power , ironically made things so simple. But then it ended and what is left to fight?
What we are left with is reckognising the fine line between our own inner good and evil. We fight our own demons , think we have won but then relaise that it never ends.
We have our own evils and lie within us waiting for the chance to grasp onto bait and consume us.
I see , despite my own darkended clouds , much good. The laughter of my children , their happiness.The peace that now echoes through middle-earth.Flowers in blossom , water rushing and the cool breeze.
Evil , that one is harder isnt it? is it inconsiderate reactions between lovers , is it emotional torture from those who are jealous?
Is it , could it be that we all have to carry our own demon and defeat it day afeter day? As we were ourselves carrying the one ring across Mordor.
Maybe that is why each day I fall down in a battle to smile , to be happy for the ones I love. When they seem to accomplish it with ease.
Perhaps. But then which do i side myself with now the war is over?
