350g lamb mince
zest and juice of one lemon
2-3 Tsp chopped parsley
2-3 Tsp chopped coriander (cilantro)
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
Mix lamb mince with lemon zest and lemon juice and stand for 10-15 minutes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Heat 1-2 tsp olive oil in a frying pan. Fry mince mixture until well browned.
Serve on turkish bread with yoghurt and salad
