As few of you have witnessed there exists a minority of citizens that had taken to expressing their views by means of vandalism, specifically graffiti. If you happen to see a violation of the law please perform your civic duty and report the perpetrator.
Do not hesitate lest they are a friend; in many cases the perp will receive no more than a serious talk to set them straight. However, let's not take this too lightly - damage to property is a crime.
