i've had a very strange week.
first off, i had a panic/anxiety attack. this isn't exactly normal, and has never happened before.
i've had some problems with anxiety in the past, but i've always been able to calm myself down.
this time i went to the hospital. i'm glad that i did. to me this was very serious.
at the hospital, they gave me ativan, against my wishes. i've taken it before and it makes me very very dizzy, and this time i discovered that it also makes me forget almost everything. i took it for two days after the hospital, because i wanted to avoid having more anxiety problems. my doctor perspcribed lexapro for me and i took it yesterday, and skipped on the ativan. i had some sort of horrible reaction a few hours after i took it. i think it was a result of not taking the ativan, rather than the new medication itself. i kept blacking out and sweating and being nauseous. i called jeremy from the bathroom at my school and i said 'i'm in the bathroom and i want to go home and i can't.'
but, now i'm all medicated, and it seems to be going okay.
oh, and i cut my hand today by accident.
