Short and sweet. Like those early Beatles songs. Mmmmmm....

School = I fluctuate between loving it and hating it. I also fluctuate between thinking I can teach for the rest of my life and thinking I need to hide in a hole.

Sisters = I heart my sisters. Need to talk to Micki more. Need to give hugs to Jane more.

Parents = Now they have a new kitchen to add to their new Flatscreen High Definition 50" TV.

Van = VANIMAL!!!!

ILLINI BASKETBALL = Bruce is the highlight of this season, not the players. I'm in it for him. BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE.

HOUSE = Loving it more every time I watch another episode. Plus, Season Two is orange and blue.

LOST = I FINALLY GOT MY HANDS ON SEASON TWO AND I LOVE IT!! A show that can make you gasp, cover your eyes to hide from monsters that go bump in the night, love life, hate life, and cry all within 3 minutes is an incredible show indeed.

Medieval things = Much easier to pursue on this campus, and therefore getting more of my attention than things of the Renaissance variety.

Thesis = Still not started. Due this summer.

Bach = Cool, but still not as cool as Beethoven. And a tad overplayed.

Robin = My awesome new friend from the museum. Now I have two drinking buddies: Robin and my boyfriend's mom. Cause I'm cool like that.

Architecture Boys = Came back this weekend. I gave my first French goodbye (3 kisses on the cheeks, baby) for the first time since last July when I was still in Rome. Those boys.

King Ludwig Bier = Yummy.

My apartment = LEASED TO SOMEONE ELSE FROM JANUARY-AUGUST 2007!!! I don't have to live in the middle of a garbage pit anymore!!!

Michelangelo = Subject of my paper this semester. I have 20 books about him to read tonight. I will be master of the San Lorenzo facade!!

Boyfriend = VISITS CHAMPAIGN THIS WEEKEND AND I AM SO EXCITED!!! My Chris is coming back to me!!!! We just celebrated 9 months and I love him so much, I still can't believe it. I adore every minute I spend with him. And, after only one month of school (as opposed to my 5 semesters), he already has HIS thesis topic. He's my brilliant boy!!
