Fletcher Weekend
Why my weekend was awesome:
-The Fletcher family is outstanding
-2 homemade breakfasts and 2 homemade dinners
-2 whole days with NO WORK
-Finally saw X-Men 2
-Jen's dessert pizza
-O'Hare Oasis
-New cell phone and phone plan: FamilyTalk with the boyfriend... we're officially committed for 2 years now!
-Changing our anniversary date, then changing it back
-Betsy bought me a garlic press
-Emily and Jennifer bought me MarioKart 64
-Alfie!
-My boyfriend thoroughly cleaned his room for the first time in years
-World Cup
-Went for a walk in the neighborhood
-Best Buy shopping spree- 3 new CD's for $12
-Bought my first jazz CD
-Chris played his super-hot marimba when I was in the room... with 4 mallets!
-Hearing Dave's CD for the first time
-Emily's Legolas cardboard cut-out
-Hugs and kisses
-"I like her... can we keep her?" Betsy to Chris, about me :)
-Drinking Frascati wine with the parents
-Group hug with the family
-Chris and I beat Mario 3 on the original system
-My first trip to a Lutheran church... and passing the test of meeting two dozens friends of the family, including two pastors and a surrogate grandma, and everyone loving me!
-Porch swing in the backyard
-Italian for dinner, Italian style... 10pm
-Eating with 7 people around a table made for 4
-Jen's tiramisu
-2 pops in one day
-Dave filled up my car with gas and my tires with air
-Chris drew me a picture
-Sleeping in the basement
-Kohl's run with the entire family!
-Riding in a mini-van
-I SPENT THE WHOLE WEEKEND WITH MY BOYFRIEND!!!!!!
