Help!
I'm looking for a fic written a while ago where an alien species is on the verge of some sort of catastrophe and the only thing that can save them is the smell of sex hormones in the form of Amy's love juices. Amy begrudgingly consents but apparently is going about achieving a female ejaculation all the wrong way so the Doctor "helps" out. Ends with the Doctor and a fist-full of female ejaculation fluid and two smiling people for quite opposite reasons.
