[An enormous waiter is waiting tables at L'Déplaisant. He smiles briefly at Elizabeth as she sits down.]

"Good to see you. What may I get for you today?"

"One of everything on the menu please. Wait...."

[She checks her purse, then the menu]

"One of everything on the menu that isn't a salad."

"Very well then. Will your friends be arriving shortly?"

"Friends? No, I just came alone."

[he brings her the food, she ordered it, after all. Hoping she will pay so he doesn't end up getting an enormous eat and run problem landing in his lap.]
