Why is the keyboard not working? *sighs*
Somehow, I don't think you're ever going to find Arwen looking "hyper"...why couldn't PJ have done an outtake where she'd had too much miruvor or something?!? However, I've found a very pretty site with gorgeous images (including a prospective "giggly") that load quickly, so I'm quite "happy". D'you reckon I've been spending too much time theming? I do-Mummy remarked yesterday that she was feeling "lethargic" and I immediately thought "Sleepy eyes picture!" I really need to stop inverted-comma-ing every adjective...Ooh, that's the only clear Wedding! Arwen picture I've seen yet...where does this girl get them all from?
I actually did something constructive: cleared out my school shelf, attempted a P3 paper and looked at some Chemistry. Man, I am very glad that I only need 40% in my papers in June! I would be so screwed otherwise. I also typed up some of SoT 7...and realised that I have a plot hole waiting to happen. Well, Glinwë-who-ought-to-have-a-circumflex-over-the-i will just have to lump it.
I'm off most wheat and dairy products, as well as on a young health shop of supplements, so I think I shall rebel and eat choklit and maybe watch a film...it's kinda fun to be able to do that on Elrond without bothering David when he's lying down in the TV room.
Diagnosis of self: bad case of iconitis. PSP8 has all these fun things I never knew about...there's this one thing that is a bit odd in most modes, but the "woods" one works really well. Prettiness.
At dinner I started explaining to Mummy the difference between strong (hydochloric) and weak (ethanoic) acids, and from there we got onto the body's methods of protecting itself against the HCl, and we decided yet again that evolution is just plain blind. Someone said this week, in a rather supercilious tone, "We study biology. We have to believe evolution." I returned rather dryly that I managed to take the Biology prize in Fourth year without believing a word of it, but the point is, the further you go in the study of biology, the less you should believe evolution! Maybe when people thought that bacteria appeared spontaneously, or that we were just sacks of skin with blood swilling around, it might have been conceivable, but how on earth would a piece of pond-scum go about turning itself into the tiniest part of the smallest of our systems? I'd like to see any human invent a synapse, and we have brains-bacteria and protoctists don't. Maybe I'm just too logical... Then we got onto the logical impossibility of atheism: I don't think even Dawkins, arrogant as he is, would claim to know absolutely everything there is to know about the universe...how can he decide that in the part he doesn't know, there isn't a God? They're just agnostics, really, or wannabe atheists-but of course, there are no atheists in a foxhole =)
