(no subject)
Uncle Tom and Auntie Tanya came this afternoon, bringing Sharon and Ben-Connor was at work. I had the first conversation I can remember having with Sharon that lasted more than five minutes, which is quite an achievement.
Yesterday I drew a picture of Legolas that actually looked semi-human...um...Elven, which is another achievement, since anything I've ever previously drawn most resembled that squidgy orc at the Pelennor. I might actually scan it and post it at A&E-we'll see. Also managed to write a bit more of that never ending story, but it's gone into flashback again,w hich is annoying. I didn't intend any of this to happn, it just...did.
I have so much to do I think my head's going to explode: just keeping alive and getting all the everyday stuff, like ironing and tidying up, done is enough, without having to go back to school, do all the extra things and try to find time for writing on top of everything else. Can't believe we're going back tomorrow, as the eldest in the school.
Must remember to tape Poirot and A Knight's Tale if we have any tapes left...
