(no subject)
Okay, that's it...I'm done with weather predictions! I was out this morning, and as I tried to walk down the lane, the wind was so strong that I could hardly move forwards! Then, of course, the hail started. And they call it April Huh.
I spent most of this morning revising Physics, and getting very cramped leg muscles while I was at it...I'd really appreciate someone reminding me just WHY I chose to study these particular four subjects, and, moreover why I signed up to continue them all next year!
Eventually I got fed up, so this afternoon I watched a little of the TTT EV while looking at some Chemistry past papers. Amazing how quickly time passes when you are watching other people running over stony ground ;) I ADORE the Rohirrim, and Howard Shore's music is just amazing...I can never watch that banner floating down without getting the most amazing shivers, but oddly enough one of my few teary moments in "The Two Towers"(evidently I was saving them all for RotK!) was when the Rohirric woman is saying goodbye to her children: the way she says "Go, child!" is just wonderful!
I'm suffering from major writers' block at the moment, but I'm blaming Prof. Tolkien. He shouldn't have left so many incongruous holes in the plot of "The Hobbit". I mean, if HE can't explain it, how am I supposed to?!?
