ok yesterday was too fun for me to not post about something.
spent way too many hours with those foos. lol. it was binh, kev, raye, and virginia joined us later on in the day. we grabbed some dim sum...and they friggin sat us near my parents and their friends!!! hahahaha, awkward...and raye and kev said they heard them talking about me...probably about how disappointed they are that i'm selling copy machines. ::shrugs:: oh well. that is the way of the immigrant raised.
so got stuffed, and then we went to petsmart and looked at puppies and kitties...kev wanted a puppy, but we assured him that he just doesn't have the time for a responsibility like that!!!!! a webcam installed in front of the pet is not sufficient (for all those out there who are considering the same thing).
we grabbed some drinks at king noodle---i love the mung bean drink!!!! it is not green beans!!! i swear...it's much better. love it. hahaha. and then virg called and was apparently at binh's already, so we headed back to get her. hahaha. i guess she was standing outside, and binh's sister trang went to get the mail and invited her in...and gave her a magazine to read. LOL. she called binh and binh was like "go outside and talk to her!!" hahahaha.
so we get back, we play some major rock band, american idoled it for a while...battled it out!!!!!! kev and me vs binh and virg. binh doesn't sing seriously, he uses this stupid girly voice...but for whatever reason it works, and he scores pretty high. but me and kev took it seriously and rocked it!!!! so we win. X 100.
grabbed some ghetto chinese bbq afterward. MMmMmmm so yums. so for the past week i've been really limiting my simple carb intake...but ugh, it was just so good yesterday with the special soy sauce. i had a lot of rice. and oh! the night before raye and i and some other friends had 'simply fondue' in livermore---OHMAN. Good ass meal. it didn't look like that much food, but migod we were stuffed. it was four courses. oOOhh!! so good.
started off with a spinach strawberry with cider dressing salad. i think that was my favorite the whole night. it was just unbelievably delicious!!! with almonds. and then was the cheese fondue...with bread and raw veggies...
after that was all the meat!!!!!!!! we got lobster too. whooOOo wee!!!!! yums. it felt so fattening tho, cuz you were just boiling it all in straight oil. wtf. lol. anyway. after that we had delicious chocolate fondue. ::droooool:: and before all of this we had amazing cocktails...skittles, bad girl, honey dew, and....raspberry something...no! blueberry tini? hahaha i don't remember. man!!! they had over a hundred different martinis. and you know me, i can't drink for shit. any taste of alcohol just makes me wanna gag...so they made it real nice.
so yeah that was great. but anyway. so after chinese bbq yesterday, lol, we went to OPEN BAR!!! hahahaha, that ghetto korean looking place across from walgreens on decoto and fremont? apparently there's karaoke inside...and a stripper pole. hahahaha. so we seriously sang for...like....4 hours. it was really just us in there...so that was pretty damn fun. hahahaha. we were singing all these stupid emo ass songs. wtf. lol. it was hilarious though. my favorite of the night? when me and kev sang "all out of love" by air supply. oh!!!! the emotion!!!!! hahahahahahahaha.
