weekend of win
I can't believe how busy my weekend's been. Since my alarm went off on at 5:45 friday morning, I've worked a 10- and 12-hour day, went to two games at the new yankee stadium, a team practice at citi field, had brunch with a group of people at work, and had dinner with a friend from albany. I didn't get home from dinner saturday night until 2 thanks to the A train looking remarkably like a shuttle bus from Jay st to Utica Ave, and didn't get home from work last night until 3 due to a party of 150 people in the restaurant that were there until 11:45.
It was a fantastic weekend that would only have been made better by a pair of Cubs wins in the bronx, but hey, those games don't count anyway.
Now, 6 hours after I got home this morning, I'm off to work again. After, I'm scheduled for a couple hour shift doing bike valet parking at the MoMA. If you ride your bike to the MoMA today between 5-9 pm, you get 1/2 off admission! and from 7-9, you get to have me park your bike for you! how much more could you want?
Pics and possibly a more full account of baseball stadii will be forthcoming, as soon as I have a couple consecutive hours at home in which I'm not asleep.
