Eternally.

Cotton kisses float gently along the highway, & my million eyes follow each one through ten thousand years. I can't help but notice all the beauty that the earth breathes, & it hurts. Wild horses in slow motion stampede across my heart, telling me "Live, just breathe," & it hurts. I don't believe in sunrises, I can't believe in sunsets. It's all just a different scenery. Shadow-dancing leaves laugh with the wind & their rustling lets me know, "Sing, just let it flow," & it hurts. I don't believe in minutes, I won't believe in hours. It's all just a different chapter. Cool, blue waves crash lovingly against the shore, & my body lives inside the tide through ten thousand years. This day could not hold any more elegance, & it hurts.
