hello. i am bored today, so i'll tell you about my last week or so...
Thursday: met with my band. we got a song down, and we got a show to do! this means we have some more songs to write as well. oh well, i'm excited because i've never done a rock show before. its in August, and we will be ready! even though we dont' have a name yet
Friday: DISNEYLAND! i think Anette, Tamra, Sarah, Whitley and Patty is good disneyland company,(cough mostly anette cough) and pirates is the best ride ever! some people from my church saw me being escorted out of the park by security. dun dun dun. it was a lovely day over all.
Saturday: Surfing! my dad, dj, and i went surfing at newport. it was so crowded, we actually got to be violent and stuff over waves! i ran over a little kid with my board, and i cut people off left and right. what great fun! my dad and I were getting annoyed with this girl who kept falling in front of us and making it so we can't take a good wave for all its worth, so we started cutting her off so she couldn't even catch the wave to fall off it. MUAHAHHAHAAA! all in all, it was violent and fun! oh, and we scared some bodyboarders out of the water by claiming a dolphin was a shark. it worked (how it did, i'll never know)
Sunday: Finly's Party! i worked all day untill the guys came over, then we hit Chili's for dinner. it was good. the whole party was supposed to be a suprise, but all the cars were parked on our driveway, and around our house, and Finly recognized a lot of them. Josh yelled out "John, your neighbors having a party?" and the whole car just yelled "yup, must be it!" i think Finly knew, but woulnd't admit it. that guy was killer awesome, he loved Jesus like no other and i'm gonna miss him when he goes to medschool.
today: played my guitar, ran the A workout in XC (hand motion here) finally. then cleaned up the ant mess. thats all.
