Not only is there a superhero patrolling the streets of Cincinatti, he's part of a crime-fighting team. Not only is he part of a crime-fighting team, but there's a whole organization devoted to keeping "superheroes" around the world in touch.
Did anyone not get from "Watchmen" that you'd have to be psychotic to be a normal human being without a bajillion dollars to do this?
Leaving aside the fact that he's going to get shot either at random or by some deranged person hoping to make a mark, I have to admit that this guy is awesome on some horrible malformed level--proabably down in the bottom of the soul.
I notice on the World Superhero Registry that there aren't any active capes in the MA area. Who wants to join my superteam?
