If you mean the Union Flag being upside down, I don't think that's really in error these days. After all, it's supposed to be a distress signal when flown that way.
(Actually, it's not so much upside down on that table as we're looking at it from the wrong side. From Gordon and Wen JiBao's seats, both flags would look righ. From our side, ours looks upside down and the Chinese one looks mirrored.)

I've been to the Last Night of The Proms, which turned out to be useful when I was "dressing ship" on BILL OF RIGHTS with a British visitor on board.
