Holiday - Day 37
As you may have guessed from my earlier entry, I spent the morning with the computer with no luck. gaspodex has very kindly agreed to come over on Sunday and will probably fix it in five minutes.
This afternoon, I did some sewing. I may have time for more tomorrow after I've come back from the James Bond exhibition at the Imperial War Museum. My other pattern for my costume arrived today. I may have to visit Reading again and get more material; there ia a lot in that skirt.
This evening choir practice started again, and tonight I watched the Christmas Invasion. Yay David Tennant!
Right now, I am holding a vigil with a few other posters for the last minutes of the C4 Cult TV forum. Channel 4 is culling a number of it's forums, with very little warning. OK, so they are not the greatest of message boards out there; they didn't allow linking much, certain words could get your post deleated, and I got banned once for posting my real name *gasp*. I wouldn't have done it if they had a private message facility.
But I have been posting there for a few years, and there are some very long threads which will just disappear. Midnight was supposed to be shut off time, but half an hour later and we're still posting.
