Holiday - Day 22
Didn't go out.
Have read less fanfiction than yesterday. I've watched three episodes of Dr Who instead. It's Christopher Eccleston, but at this rate we'll be at David Tennant in no time.
Watched 'Aliens of London' and noticed that UNIT was introduced then as United Nations Intelligence Taskforce. Obviously it was later that the UN objected.
I've started crocheting squares for a baby blanket. It's one way to use up the oddments we have in the house. I'm planning on making 108 squares.
We mounted our photos for the show tonight. It always takes a bit of time as we spread loads of different coloured card on the floor and see what looks right. The theme this year is trees (boring and has been used at least twice before, but then the committee has no imagination). I have got a nice one of the tree that dwarfs Salisbury Youth Hostel. Surprisingly, it looks best on green, not the first colour I would have thought for a picture of a tree as there is loads of green in the photo itself.
I have permission to borrow the Division Banner to enter in the show. Is it naughty of me to think about the disruption I will cause turning up with an eight foot length of cloth to display?
