The flaw in the computer system
We have shiny new tech, but with a problem.
Lovely new computer with internet access. There is a bigger hard drive and our old hard drive is incorporated so we don't have the hassle of having to transfer everything from one computer to the other.
I ran across the problem in this lovely system today. I can't actually open any of my documents (word, publisher, etc.) that are on the old drive. I can't run Word, Publisher etc.
As I wasn't involved with the discussions for the new computer, I don't know what Father asked for. Maybe what he asked for and what the computer guy thought he wanted were two different things. Anyway, computer guy has been contacted and hopefully it will be sorted out. I'm not getting involved; I just point out the flaws.
