Second Night of Show
90 in audience, and they were responsive. I hate it when it's a dead audience.
NODA was in. Mostly it went OK, but we really lost it in the finale of the Mikado. I'm not quite sure what happened, but we all stopped singing for a good five bars. I wonder if it was one of the youngsters.Not their fault really, but when we rehersed the music for this, it was decided that we wouldn't go up to the top B flat like we ususally do, but to have all the sops singing the second sop bit and just leave the top to the youngsters. Now whether they did something and it put the rest of us off, I don't know.
Still hot under the lights. The Musical Director is threatening to cut his hair off :(
