Watched the first episode of Blood-C on nikoniko. MISTAKE. Not the show, which visually looked great but starts off slow. I couldn't take the near constant, ridiculous comments rolling across the screen. This is part of the reason there will always be fansubs despite all the springs forward the industry has made with legal anime screening. Someone will put a high-profile title on an insufficient platform.
I'm nearing my monthly manga purchase glut. Since we're running low on continuing series, I started to look into other things. I had heard good things in general about Bunny Drop. But I had also heard bad things about the ending. So, before I decided to plop down the money, I spoiled myself. Thank the spoiler gods that I did because...well...that ending is a bunch of DO NOT WANT. Especially since it seems to fly in the face of what everyone recs the series for (the warm father-daughter relationship).
