I am, in fact, educated. I am quite educated actually, despite my fabulous vocabulary and colourful words of choice. I know the difference between what to say and what not to say. I know how to behave in court. I do know how to talk to my generals. I was taught the proper way to address a person of a higher station than myself, not that there really is anyone anymore. I just don't give a damn. I will be the first one to say that I have an ego. I'm rather prideful of myself and some of my accomplishments. I don't need to bow down to anyone else and those who are of the same station as myself rarely deserve any respect anyway. Fëanor is a bastard with a stick shoved up his royal ass and Celeborn is a idiot with bad hair. What respect is there to give?
I must admit that I do often do a lot of stupid shit without thinking about what I'm doing while I'm doing it. I don't regret my decision to marry Maglor. I could never regret that decision, I'm so in love with him I can't see straight anymore. I finally got what I've been after for the last several thousand years. I just regret the means in which I went about getting it and who was hurt in the process. I love Galadhen. I do. I spent the last nine-thousand years with him. That is a very large chunk of my life. I wish I could have done it another way. I wish I hadn't hurt him in the fashion that he was hurt in. I admit the decision was a reckless one, but it was done. I'm sorry I hurt you Galadhen. I'm sorry I hurt you the way that I did. But, I love my cousin. I love him in a way I cannot find the words in any language to describe and I know he doesn't believe or trust me. That's fine, for now.
Modern Communication is the best thing that could have ever happened to Arda. Cell phones are fabulously useful. It used to take months to get a letter from one end of Ennor to the other and then the train made it faster and that was all well and good, but any kind of mail that is not e-mail is still snail mail and elves often don't have computers. Cell phones are fabulous because mostly everyone has one. Boooya!
I know I once said that I would never buy a modern pollution-factory on wheels, buuuuuuuut, I lied. I have a couple of Modern Transportation vehicles actually. I have three. I have a 1995 Blue Sports-wagon built like a tank and two very old cars which I drive around all the damn time while not trucking everyone else everywhere they need to go. I have a 1968 Camaro and a 1965 Corvette. Booya. My cars are better than Fëanor's.
And here they are!
