Ha, so, two days after I wrote my last post lamenting my poor career prospects and trying to look on the bright side (more time to write!  yay!), I was offered a full-time job.  So god knows how much writing I'll get done now.  Sad for anybody who reads this journal and has any investment in me ever finishing my ongoing stories, but good for me personally.

On that note: stuff from the Thor kink-meme, which is all pretty much rated G for gen, with one rated R for violence.  Sadly, I saw Shakespearean family drama when I watched Thor, everyone else saw incest!  which...yeah.  Story of my life.

In other fandom related news:  what the hell, Fairy Tail?  WHAT.  THE.  HELL.  Mashima wrote a 7 year timeskip.  An unhappy 7 year timeskip!  And Fairy Tail is all downtrodden and stuff!  WUT?  So unnatural...  I'm hoping the next story arc is the "Fairy Tail without the heavy hitters is still awesome" plot, OK, because I'm not so sure I like my positive shonen manga being so sad.
