Random update
Bleh - I think I'm coming down with a cold. Humbug. I think I might have been fighting a bug for some time (one of my glands has been swollen for a while). My day was really exhausting yesterday, and now I think the cold is breaking out (is that English or a Germanism? *sigh*).
On the bright side of life: many many thanks to absolutbritish who brought back a whole bag full of goodies from London. "Back to the Vortex" Doctor Who guide, "Casanova" dvd, "Blackpool" dvd, "Quartermass Experiment" dvd (hmm - there may be a system there *headdesk*), Blackpool cd, and various magazines (including two Doctor Who magazines). And a Dalek calender ;-P Squeee! Ubersquueee!
It seems like winter might actually be drawing to a close - hard to believe. We've had snow on the ground since the 20th of November, which hasn't happened in a long time. Great for skiing, but I wouldn't mind spring now. I went for a walk on Sunday without my jacket on - lovely. It's scary though how many bushes and tree branches have broken under the snow-load.
