Finally going after Saxby!
Finally finally finally!
It's about damn time someone went after Saxby Chambliss on his ties to Imperial Sugar.
Why Martin/the DSCC hasn't been pounding him on this for the last six months is beyond my comprehension. Imperial Sugar's gross negligence killed over a dozen Georgians, and Saxby has taken their money, defended their officers, and gone after the whistleblower in front of Congress. And he's supposed to be representing us?
Forget party affiliation. Forget whatever Jim Martin is going to do in the Senate. Saxby needs to go just because of his dealings with Imperial Sugar, especially in the aftermath of the deadly explosion earlier this year. Georgia deserves a better Senator than this guy. And anyone's better than this guy.
Early voting has already started. Advanced voting is Mon-Wed of next week. Election Day is Tuesday, Dec 2.
