quick Dragon*Con post
Everyone else is already posting about Dragon*Con, so here's a quick post about it.
jrosehale arrived "on schedule" (which, I learned, is very different than "on time") on Friday, and we went straight to the Con. Over the course of the weekend, we ran into glenn5, eugie, kittenspeaks, and halfass_johnny and met up with stochasticgirl. We didn't stick around very late any night; in fact, we left right after the Miss Klingon Pageant on Sunday (and went to Ru San's for sushi and then finally saw Pirates of the Caribbean 2). On Monday, we went to visit our friend Jim at his bookstore in Woodstock.
I'll tell the stories of Nicholas Brendon and Aaron Douglas & Tahmoh Penikett later; jrosehale may even beat me to it.
I took many hundreds of pictures and I'm just going through them now. More turned out than last year, mainly because of the advice of another photographer wandering around the Hyatt lobby.
