Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome the newest addition to the world:
Benjamin Clark Kaplan (aka "Kaplan 2.1")
7 pounds 15 ounces, 19-1/2" long
at 8:22 am this morning
Mom and baby are doing fine. I could hear the boy's set of lungs over the phone. I'll visit them tomorrow so I can confirm with my own eyes that he does not have the same freakishly large head as his big brother and daddy.
I guess I'm going to have to refer to them as NikkiandPaul(andtheboys) rather than (andJonah). I refuse to refer to my friends and their kids by their last names (e.g. "the Kaplans" "the Bergers") until I have kids of my own.
Tomorrow is my dad's birthday, so it shouldn't be hard to remember the boy's.
