I love this kind of story, one where it shows that it's not all easy, but it can work out. Well done. I'm liking this series.

Thanks -- I'm glad you're enjoying it. My biggest problem with kid!fic is that so much of it makes it seem like life is perfect with a kid, and never mind that a same-sex couple is raising said kid. Realistic tension is, I think, more interesting.
