Boiled peanuts

When I was Georgia in August, I stopped at a little roadside stand and got the best boiled peanuts I've ever had.  The seller told me that he used garlic and black pepper when he made them.  So yummy.  Melt in your mouth saltiness with a hint of garlicky tang and the bite of black pepper.  Amazing

I definitely want to! I was in North Carolina for a ren faire this weekend, but I've got my fingers crossed for the December 'dig.
