"Raising Heart, Set Up!"

[Affirmative!]

A split second later, Sasami's own Barrier Jacket appeared over her, the full form of Raising Heart in her hands. She nodded at Negi, smiling. "Okay! We'll do that!"

Negi nodded as he held up his weapon and stated, "Load Card!"

A card appeared in front of his weapon and it sunk into it with an automatic cry. "Rastel Maskil Magister, Come Spirits of Ice, Seventeen Arrows!"

Sasami yelped as she watched the arrows come at her, before steeling herself and created a set of orbs. "Divine Boomerang!" With that, she let the orbs fly, slamming into the arrows with a powerful explosion.

Negi yelped and grinned. "Pretty good! Load Card! Rastel Maskil Magister, O Flight of Angels Wings!"

He shot into the air, wings blossoming from his back as his weapon shifted into a extremely long katana. "Load Card! Rastel Maskil Magister, O Flash of Everlasting Darkness! 9 Arrows!"

Not wanting to give Negi an easy target, Sasami pushed off the ground as the arrows came at her "Lyrical Wiiiiiiiiiiing!"

Wings appearing on her ankles, she flew up to be even with Negi. "Not bad. You'll have to try harder, though!" With that, she aimed Raising Heart at Negi, the head shifting and setting up into a bow-like formation. "Divine Archery!"

With that, she fired a bolt of energy at Negi.

"Load Card!" commanded Negi as the bolt sailed at him. "Shinmeiryu Hi-Ougi! BOULDER CUTTING BLADE!"

The katana Crimson wing was forged into slashed down and collided with Raising Heart's blast. He grinned despite himself as he commanded another card load.

"Rastel Maskil Magister! Oh crackling thunder, rage and flame, bring down upon mine enemies!"

A violent storm began to pick up and his free hand crackled.

Sasami held fast as she watched the storm build up around them. She never seen something like THIS before. Unfettered, though, Sasami held Raising Heart ready, prepared for whatever Negi had in store for her.

Negi grinned. "JUPITER STORM!" he roared, throwing the attack at Sasami, a whirling spinning hurricane-force that hurtled at her like a runaway train.

Sasami yelped as she watched the attack roar towards her. She couldn't fly out of the way, so she did only one thing...

"LIGHT HAWK WING!" Sasami yelled, a barrier erecting itself in front of her as the force slammed into her, fighting to try to keep herself from being fully struck by the force.

Negi was surprised at the ultimate defense meeting the supposedly ultimate attack head on and holding for that matter. After a minute, he let the power dissipate.

"Sorry Sasami!" he called out. "I didn't think about Jupiter Storm being too much!"

Sasami let out a sigh as the power dissipated, lowering the barrier drop. "It's alright, Negi-kun... had to be ready for anything, though..."

A small smirk formed as a set of orbs formed around her. "...like you should be, too! Divine Boomerang!" With that, Sasami unleashed the orbs at Negi, Sasami herself flying right behind them.

"Oh nurtz!" exclaimed Negi, forced to dodge. One of them exploded in front of him in a flash-bang like method, causing him to scrabble wildly at his face.

Eye's front! commanded Crimson Wing through the ringing, and Negi swing his sword.

As Sasami came in close, she swung Raising Heart to meet Negi's sword, the two colliding and stopping each other as they did.

Sasami giggled as they did. "Not bad, Negi-kun! Think you can dodge... this?" With that, she leaned in between the two blades... and gave him a quick peck.

Negi blushed. "Sasami, mou...." he sighed, returning Crimson Wing to it's normal form and laughing, hugging her and kissing her cheek.

Sasami giggled as she returned the hug. "I'm sorry, Negi-kun. It was just perfect...!" She pulled Raising Heart around Negi as if she wouldn't let him fly off. "You almost had me there with that last attack, though... that was powerful..."

"Currently it's part of the biggest spell in my arsenal," said Negi, arms wrapped around Sasami's waist. "I don't use it too much though. Kind of draining."
