god i hate phones...
this shit with my cellphone has reached a level of ridiculousness that is absolutely unbelievable.
for some reason...basically no one can get through to my phone. it never rings. ever. apparently it's also sending people very weird error messages, such as shit about my phone being a pager, or some error about me being out of service.
so, i'm at the point where its reached a "this is just fucking dumb" stage, and i'm calling sprint, canceling my service, and switching to a different provided. and i'm going to make sure that they do not charge me the 150$ termination fee.
i'm tempted to give them some majorly fucked up story about how i missed a call about someone in my family being a coma and no one could get ahold of me, or something about corinne being hit by a car and me not knowing for a day. basically i'm going to bullshit and social engineer my way in to a cancelation without paying, and then i'm off to a new provider.
so...i'm torn...
cingular + blackjack + decent plan + rollover minutes + knowledge the i.phone will be out soon.
or
t.mobile + so-so service in nyc + blackjack ripoff phone + better plans.
