The trees are sprouting leaves, the daisies and lilies are blooming about, and the bees are buzzing in the gazing gardens as they collect their pollen. It's spring!!
Hey everybody, I know it's been awhile, but I am ready for a HUGEMONGOUS update. Ready? Too Bad!!!
Seven Weeks ago I had a fairly not-too-big birthday bash at my house. It was a "Sophomore's Only" party, although I did not intend it, Josh L., Mel, Maddie, Courtney Parrill, Danny's H. and C., Colin, Devon, and I think that's it. It was a really fun party though. We played kickball, tried to throw rocks over a HUGEMONGOUS tree, and had pizza and cake. And Maddie got me this yodeling lady that sings "Happy Birthday" (Maddie, that thing still works!). Definitely my best birthday so far in my life.
Everything between that and states is a big blur in my mind for some reason. I'm pretty at least something exciting happened... if something did, someone please tell me... I'm losing my mind.
On I think May 6th we had states at Gahanna Lincoln. We got a "2", but still it was a HUGEMONGOUS honor to be the first Pickerington band to make it to states "AA". Boo-ya!
I just recently won Class President for the Junior 06-07 class, so that will be cool. Although I didn't make any of the posters...
On May 20 I went with Laura and Maddie to Downtown for the Race for the Cure. And boy it was a HUGEMONGOUS amount of fun. We played the picnic game, "Guess that age!", and even "Where's Courtney Mansfield". Later that night I went to Maddie's house to watch Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin with Maddie, Laura, and Nina. And we took Chuck Norris pictures outside of Maddie's house. Can I get a "Yee-Haw"?
Just this Friday Mr. Carmean put up the drumline auditions and (drum roll please) Tony Tracy is the Drumline Section leader with Steph as assisstant. Surprisingly, I was/am not surprised.
Started my all-state audition on Friday as well. But my mallet stuff sounded bad so I have to re-record it on tuesday. Whoops!!
Finally, Josh, Tony, Mel, and I are making a fairly kind-of short film for our Honors English 10 class. So far it has been a lot of work, but also a lot of fun!!! Hopefully the end result will not be hated.
Well, that's my life as of late.
I love everyone
Ciao
