(no subject)
So the government officially pissed me off today. I'm unemployed. My employer let me go because my doctor wouldn't let me work because he believed I was having seizures. I had to go through all these tests and what not and by GOVERNMENT STANDARDS, I am unable to drive. It only makes sense... I could have been driving to work one day, passed out and BAM....hit someone head on. Anyway. I applied for unemployment because being put out of work by NO FAULT OF MY OWN, means I have no income. 3 weeks ago, I was told I was eligible and would recieve a check soon.
So....I wait.
Saturday I get a nice little letter in the mail telling me I'm not eligible for the check because I'm not able to search for work. *BIG SLAP IN THE FACE* ....this is how poverty begins.
Fortunately my doctor got the results from my ambulatory EEG back on Friday. He determined that I'm not having seizures, but there are a few abnormalities with my brain, but I can work, if its light duty and doesn't restrict my sleep.
So, I get to wait another 3 weeks before any word from the stupid government people.
I'll find another job before that.
And yeah, I've been disconnected from the outside world for a very long time. No TV, no internet...barely any radio.... and now, I have all. WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO GWEN STEFANI??? Is she on Crack? Holla Back girl? Someone just needs to smack the fuck out of her, shake her around a bit, and then smack her again. She has lost all appeal.
